We don't treat symptoms or disease, we look at you as a whole person and discover the cause of your health condition by looking for any interferences to your body's natural, normal, God-given ability to be healthy. By finding and removing any interference, we allow the body to begin expressing health again, so you can get your life back.
What should I expect from my first visit at Align?
Your Real Health Consultation:
It all begins with a conversation. This consultation is to get a good idea of what health issues you are facing, if and how we can help you, and how we will proceed. Based on the nature of your condition, you will fill out paperwork prior to your appointment so we can get to know you a little better. You may need to fill out further paperwork at your first appointment based on what is discussed and determined. Although tedious, this paperwork is very important so please fill it out to the best of your ability!
Nervous System Examination and/or Spinal X-rays:
If your condition warrants it, we will perform a spinal examination. This may include posture, range of motion, palpation, orthopedic and neurological testing. If there are structural concerns, we will take full-spine x-rays in order to get a complete picture of your spinal health.
Cellular Health and Toxicity Analysis:
Toxicity analysis begins with a detailed NeuroToxic Questionnaire. If toxicity is suspected, we will confirm this by performing a Meta-Oxy Cellular Inflammation urine test and a Visual Contrast Sensitivity Test. These tests assess the effects of chronic toxicity on your cells and on your nervous system. If any additional laboratory testing is required this will be discussed with you before moving forward.
Report of Findings:
The most important appointment you will have at Align is the Report of Findings. This is where we will discuss your current condition, what may be causing or contributing to this condition, and explain exactly how we can help you. This appointment will include care plan recommendations and options, treatment duration, frequency, cost, and payment options.
